At Joy Foundation, we've been committed to improving women and children's hygiene for years. Our initiatives have made a significant difference in rural areas, where access to sanitation facilities is often limited.

Toilet Construction and Awareness

We've successfully built toilets for women in various rural areas, tackling the issue of open defecation and promoting environmental hygiene and sanitation. Alongside infrastructure development, we've provided supported families with awareness sessions on:

- Benefits of toilets for women and girls

Hygiene Kit Distribution and Education

This initiative focused on young girls, providing them with hygiene kits containing essential personal hygiene items, including:

- Women's personal hygiene products

- Oral care products (toothpaste and toothbrushes)

- Hair combs

- Soaps

- Antiseptic liquid

- Mosquito repellent

- Cotton buds

- Nail clippers

- Towels

Before distributing the kits, we conducted awareness sessions on:

- Proper use of hygiene products

- Importance of hygiene for women and girls' health and safety
