The hurricane shutter program remains an ongoing initiative for our community. Although we were unable to meet the funding required to begin the implementation process at this time, we remain fully committed to seeing this program through to completion. We continue to actively pursue avenues to fill the existing financial gap, and we will not abandon this effort.
Barbuda's community has endured significant hurricane impacts over the years, and the need for reliable shutter protection remains urgent. This history is precisely why we remain steadfast in our commitment. We will keep working diligently, exploring partnerships and funding opportunities, until this program can move forward and provide the protection our community deserve
