Hurricane Michael Disaster Response

by Circle of Health International
Hurricane Michael Disaster Response

It is our pleasure to introduce you to Leah, who serves as COHI’s COO and is based in Austin. She coordinates the supply procurement, distribution, and evaluation for COHI and our field partners. We know all too well that essential supplies like menstrual health products, newborn supplies, ultrasound equipment, and the like are often not included in mainstream disaster response efforts. Through incredible partnerships like the one we have with MedShare, and the leadership from our friend Eric there, we’ve ensured that COHI provides these kinds of essential, unique, supplies.

Want to know more about what our work looked like as we responded to Hurricanes Michael and Florence this year? Watch the video and hear about our shared impact directly from Leah and Eric.
