                   2022 Case Management Report (Jan 1 – December 31, 2022)

 

We provided 3,943 services to 284 youth.

The profile of our youth included:

          214 females, 63 males, 7 transgender people

          109 African American,

65 Caucasians,

62 Latino,

35 bi-racial,

  4 Asian and

  9 not recorded.

 

We provided 2106 support services involving daily follow ups, reminders, encouragement, asking if we can help more…

We also provided significant services that make the difference between dependence and long-term independence.

            391 school support – (registration, books, school supplies, transportation)

            245 job support (resumes, applications, work clothes, transportation,

                           interview rehearsals)

184 emergency transportation and transportation to social services

206 food, clothing hygiene

  64 maternity homes

  52 college support

 

           93 victims and we assisted in filing crime reports

           32 received professional volunteer help from successful

                psychologists, dentists, dermatologists (for tattoo removal)

                hairdressers for graduation

 

          11 mental health placements

          18 social services/ID/SS card/Birth Cert/Medi-Cal

          19 rental assistances

          17 utility assistance

          14 social services/psych evals/public asst/public health

          11 SSI Permanent Disability Applications

            9 Medical Services

            9 Legal Services

            5 College Scholarships

            5 family reunifications
