Give Her the Gift of Education

We are delighted to share that, through your generous support, F SSIBU Mission Foundation – Uganda has successfully supported 63 primary school pupils, both boys and girls, as they prepare to sit for their Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) tomorrow.

These examinations mark an important milestone in the children's educational journey and will determine their transition to the next level of education. Many of these children come from vulnerable families where accessing additional learning support and examination preparation resources is a challenge.

The sanitation challenge at Mwanyagiri Primary School is not only a school problem; it affects the entire surrounding community. Parents, guardians, teachers and local leaders understand the importance of providing children with a safe and hygienic toilet facility.

One encouraging aspect of this project is the willingness of local community members to contribute their labour once the necessary construction funding has been secured. Their commitment demonstrates that they are ready to participate actively in solving a challenge that affects their children and community.

Through this partnership, financial support from donors will help purchase construction materials, engage skilled workers and facilitate the technical aspects of the project, while willing community members can contribute labour and other locally available support.

This approach will strengthen community ownership and ensure that local people are not simply beneficiaries but active participants in creating a lasting solution.

At F SSIBU Mission Foundation – Uganda, we believe sustainable development is achieved when donors, communities and local institutions work together.

Building this toilet will therefore represent more than constructing a physical facility. It will demonstrate what collective responsibility and shared commitment can achieve.
