Dear everyone,
It is time for project update and I have the honour to report that this project has recorded more than expected impact in this community. During Christmass we supplied a bove 200 fowls to the market and the owners were able to aquire basic Christmass needs for their families.
I am glad to also report that the project is an eye opener to many families because those who are not group members and beneficiaries to this project are now involed in family paultry farming.
We are now looking foward to imrpoving the project by acquiring an incubator and hatcher which we can grow layers and produce eggs and possibly chickens to be supplying to the groups rather than buying from a far distant town.
If there is any one who has an idea about how we can aquire a small size which can help these project will be highly appreciated.
Another important benefit of this project is that we have encourage every farmer to have a small garden so as to be using the fowl droppings as organic manure. Those who have started are really reporting success.
I want to thank all the donors and at the same calling for those who might be interested to support this project to do so without any laxity.
