As the West Coast's only clinic combining pediatric and adult diabetes care and education, the Center provides the expertise and support patients need to manage diabetes throughout their lives. For example, this model allows young adults to move seamlessly from pediatric providers to adult providers with the same care and support team, promoting consistent self-care management. It is our mission to enhance the health and quality of life for those affected by diabetes in the Northwest.
