Congressional Resolution Marks ICAP’s 20th Anniversary
Huzzah, ICAP supporters! ICAP celebrated its 20th Anniversary this year!
Established in 1997, the ICAP Alumni Network consists of over 500 professionals who have become ambassadors, senior government officials, heads of NGOs, prominent business leaders, Presidential political appointees and Congressional staff members.
Congressman Elliot Engel and Congressman Gregory Meeks introduced a Congressional resolution to mark this major milestone by recognizing ICAP and Dr. Thomas Rowe, founder of ICAP, for the program’s continued success over 20 years. The resolution also called on the United States to draw on the full diversity and talents of all Americans in order for the United States to be effective, innovative, and globally competitive.
