Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions facing the people of Gaza, Amal Alumma Organization continued its relief efforts to reach displaced families and provide them with essential food assistance. Our team distributed hot meals to the family of the child shown in the photo, in Al-Habib Camp in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
Displaced families living in the camps face extremely difficult circumstances and struggle to secure regular access to food, especially as humanitarian needs continue to grow and the effects of displacement remain severe. In such conditions, a hot meal is more than just food; it is essential assistance that helps ease part of a family’s daily burden.
The meal was delivered directly to the family, with the young boy present to receive it—a moment that reflects the reality of thousands of children living through difficult circumstances while continuing to hold on to hope.
A hot meal may seem simple, but for a displaced family, it means a safe meal, a moment of comfort, and the feeling that someone remembers them and stands by their side.
We sincerely thank all the donors who helped make this assistance possible for families in need in Gaza. Because of your generosity, we can continue providing hot meals and reaching more families who urgently need support.
