Provide 15 women in Vietnam with chef training

The KOTO Winter Appeal 2023 was successfully held which left wonderful memories for each trainee and staff participating in the event.

With the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in Vietnam, Khau Pha Friends organization, Lung Cao Commune People's Committee and Cao Son Primary & Secondary School, more than 1,300 bowls of noodles and 200 gifts were given to each household in 3 village: Son - Ba - Muoi in Lung Cao commune, Thanh Hoa province. In addition, there were meaningful activities organized such as cooking class for 40 women who are and will be opening homestays in the area; hand washing and personal hygiene instructions for more than 200 children; performances and games.

Knowing how to share love, appreciate what you have and help those who are less fortunate are always the life mottos that KOTO wants to convey to our trainees through this event. Hopefully the experiences from the trip will bring them positive energy, more faith in life and more motivation in their journey to reach their dreams and change their lives.

Her Turn Leadership Program 

Midway through the Her Turn Leadership Program for Women in Tourism and Hospitality, powered by KOTO and Lightpath Leadership!

We've already had some incredible moments during the program, uniting women from various organizations nationwide, all driven by a shared mission - transforming the hospitality and tourism industry for the better. Four more engaging online workshops and a grand finale await us, culminating in a celebration in Ho Chi Minh City in May!

As a Class Sponsor, you will be part of a group of dedicated sponsors supporting a class of KOTO trainees in their achievements throughout their two-year residential hospitality traineeship program. Each class has approximately 30-45 trainees.

The Her Turn program is a 6-month hospitality vocational program for resilient young women from rural Vietnam. It is uniquely designed to provide opportunities to develop their talents and shine in the hospitality industry.
