Our hopes of meeting our fundraising target have been surpassed. We are now over 25% of the initial target, with three days still to go!
Thanks to each of you, especially during such uncertain times, for helping to build the playground that will bring happiness to many sick children here in Crete. Recently, many of you have donated in memory of a kind friend who loved children, what a wonderful way to remember her by.
As you can see from the short video and photos, we have started with the mosaic, sorting hundreds of recycled colorful tiles. The mosaic is 2 x 4 meters and it will take a while before it is finished.
