A conference sponsored by DELL was organized by 8th & 9th Std., students of HOPE foundation Matriculation School under the guidance of the HOPE school teachers.
The entire conference was planned and organized by students. The teachers took up a role of facilitators and successfully guiding the students to make the conference a grand success. The title, topic, sessions, invitation, speakers etc., was chosen by the students themselves. In the process the students’ leadership skills and social skills were developed. They gained hands on experience of running a conference to promote digital citizenship among the students. It was a whole day conference and in total 150 students participated in the same; 54 students from HOPE School and 96 students from the neighboring Government and Pvt., schools.
