Faster Communication/ Safe&Pollution Free streets

A project model on "Faster Communication with Safe & Pollution Free Streets" wins First Prize....

We are very proud to share that the students of

6th to 9th Grade of HOPE foundation Matriculation School participated in Jawaharlal Nehru Science Exhibition 2017-18 conducted by Education Dept at Division Level and won the First prize.

Project Model focused on creating the streets of

Chennai city safe and accessible for all cyclists, motorists, transit riders, pedestrians etc., with amenities such as Escalator, Conveyor belt for physically challenged and blind and Vaccum dustbin at every street corners, blood bank at major junction, planting of bamboo trees to control air pollution, rain water harvesting drains to collect the rain water, solar street lights, CCTV camera, censor screen, over head bridge for motor bikes and emergency vehicles along with a small resting place for the aged and the children etc.,

We really appreciate the students of our school who belong to slum community but have the capacity and capability to come up with such a creative idea and innovative thinking.

This was possible because of the continuous support we receive from you all to provide the students the necessary facilities and resources for kindling their creativity and innovations.
