Dear GlobalGiving Donors,
Accept warm greetings from the Kids, staff and other community members of Save The Children Alliance Orphanage G.R.A . Bota Limbe Cameroon. We are very excited to let you informed about GlobalGiving Staff ever first visit to the construction Project site of the Home For The Vulnerable Children in the Limbe Community at karata New-Layout .This working visit took place last Monday in Limbe between 10:30am and 2:30 p.m.
The General Coordinator of the orphanage had the chance to introduce the on-campus staff to our GlobalGiving visitor meanwhile all the kids were still at their various schools.Next,the visitor was taken round the campus to see how the kids are living in their temporal home at Grand Bastos G.R.A Bota.We exploited the opportunity of this working visit to make a stop at our partner school (New Horizon International High School) to hold talks about Commonwealth, in commemoration of The Commonwealth Day celebrations before arriving the Permanent site at Karata New-Layout.
Our Visitor was amazed with the smooth and rapid progress of the project and she expressed great joy to see the good motive behind the work as the propelling force driving all wonderful people like you to continue to give for the construction of a home for the vulnerable children in Limbe. She advised us to take advantage of upcoming GlobalGiving Bonus Days ,Matching Campaigns amongst others to increase our donations and Partner Reward Level. This will enable us to complete the first floor so that the kids can move in as soon as possible .The visit ended at the temporal site with kids back from school .We wish to express our gratitudes to all our partners like the Etisah Foundation (http://www.etisahfoundation.com) and all our GlobalGiving Donors. We know all these nice things are coming our way because of your support and contributions .We hope that we are going to continue our task with much joy as we take advantage of this upcoming Bonus Days and Matching Campaigns.
