HIV is a killer! AID is not good!
Thanks for your recent generous gift to Prevent HIV-AID through Awareness in South Sudan project. Your commitment to help with this cause is really appreciated by our board of trustees.
This is a hardest campaign against a common enemy HIV-AID. Before this project you cannot talk about HIV and sexual issues openly in Omilling. Most think is against the culture. To do voluntary HIV-testing was nearly impossible. This awareness campaign has changed the attitudes of people not only in Omilling but also in the county as a whole. In this past quarter 18 people did HIV-AID voluntary test to know their status, and ten workshops were held.
The beneficiaries are eager to see this project progressing. They need your help to change the negative attitudes against HIV-AID and the victims.
In the next field update we will send you a quarterly field reports about our work. You will get to know what your donation has helped impact, and what we have achieved.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
If you donate to this project or have donated to this project, you can receive an email when this project posts a report. You can also subscribe for reports without donating.
