In Uganda's Pallisa, Butalenja, Budaka, and Butebo regions, thousands suffer due to a lack of clean water, causing severe health issues and impacting children's education. Human Initiative is committed to addressing this crisis by constructing six boreholes to serve 8,500 people. We have started work on the first borehole, but we need your help to complete the project. Our total goal is $40,000, and we still require the full amount.
Access to clean water will drastically reduce waterborne diseases, improve overall health, and enhance school attendance. Women and girls, who currently spend hours fetching water, will have more time for education and economic activities. Additionally, we are empowering local communities with training programs to ensure the long-term sustainability of these water sources.
Your donation, no matter the size, will make a significant impact.
Best Regards
