The HelpLine is a hub that should continue to act as a connecting link between each Artsakh resident and the supporting structures, guiding them towards specific organizations, individuals, and state resources that can provide support.
Each Artsakhtsi using the call center, by receiving sincere and caring service from their fellow countryman, can solve their daily problem, which leads to a more stable psychological state, increases the socio-economic involvement of Artsakh residents in new communities, and raises civic consciousness.
