Today's report will be different from what you usually get from us. We decided to share with you one quivering story that might not have happened if not for you!
Thanks to your donations, we ordered the videographer to make several videoprofiles for orphans from the orphanage. There was a boy named Roma who has several difficult medical diagnoses. Even the photo shows that it is difficult for the child to walk. Usually we post ready-made videoprofiles on the website of our Foundation Change One Life - Ukraine and post them on the Facebook social network. So we did this time too. Hundreds and thousands of people see the videoprofiles, repost them and as a result someone will be interested in the child in order to adopt.
What was our surprise when a young man contacted us and said that he accidentally saw Roma on Facebook, but unfortunately he was not ready to adopt him. But, since he is connected with the medical business in Ukraine and abroad, he is ready to finance the treatment of all Roma's diseases, even if the boy needs to be taken abroad for treatment.
Of course! We took him to the orphanage to meet Roma. And very little time has passed and Roma has already been examined in several private clinics and is being prepared for surgery abroad.
Roma got a chance not only to find parents, but also to become a healthy and happy child.
That is why our GlobalGiving project is so important and necessary for children. It helped to create videoprofiles for 447 children and 159 of them are in families already.
Thanks to your support, there would be many more such happy stories!
We know the $60 raised and spent on 1 video was worth of the children's happiness!
