32-year-old Janet once depended only on farming to feed her four children. When harvest was poor, there was no money for school.
In February, she joined Kukula Solar as a Solar Women Agent selling solar lights and clean cookstoves.
Today she serves 15 to 20 families a month, earning 800 to 1,200 Kwacha to pay school fees and support her family. She has already brought clean energy to 89 homes.
"I am not just selling products. I am selling light, health and time," Janet says.
