Carol joined our program to distribute solar lanterns to her own people in the village who were still using kerosene, battries and candles so that she can not only earn an acceptable income but also help her communitie transition to a more cleaner, healther and safer mode of lighting.
After working for 4 months Carol now earns a total of $378 monthly in commission enough to support her family and also reinvest in her small business.
Together we are impacting lives of women like Carol who are passionate about being the change leaders in their own communities and to their own people while earning an acceptable income for themselves and family.
