There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women.
Women's empowerment is intertwined with respect for human rights.
Educate a man and you educate an individual.
Educate a woman and you educate a family.
While the world has achieved progress towards gender equality and women’s empowerment, women and girls continue to suffer discrimination and violence in every part of the world.
Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world.
Providing women and girls with equal access to education, health care, decent work, and representation in political and economic decision-making processes will fuel sustainable economies and benefit societies and humanity at large.
Empowering women to participate fully in economic life across all sectors is essential to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability, and improve the quality of life for women, men, families and communities.
Women's economic empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their right to control and benefit from resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and well being.
Keeping this fact in mind, our foundation is aiming to empower more and more woman. When one of our programme is educating girls, we have started this project where we are planning to train women in trading and marketing of their bussinesss, service and products because we know that when more women work, economies grow. An increase in female labour force participation—or a reduction in the gap between women’s and men’s labour force participation—results in faster economic growth because evidence from a range of countries shows that increasing the share of household income controlled by women, either through their own earnings or cash transfers, changes spending in ways that benefit children.
We wish to have and live in a society where topic like gender equality or women empowerment don’t exist because everyone is equal.
We know its hard but we want to try to build that society whether by educating our girls or by empowering our women, we will do it but for this we need help from all of you.
Together we are transforming lives.
