Vikash is aspecial child. However, he cannot achieve his dreams because his parents do not have the means of funding his education, nor do they earn enough to cover food for the table for all his siblings. Which is why everyone has to work.
Vikash, like his four siblings, works from morning till night. He sells boiled eggs in a cooler containing hot water to keep them safe.
We are helping Vikash in completing minimum educational requirements, so that he can pursue a sustainable livelihood in technical fields like plumbing, electricians, web development, graphic designing, clerical work (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Right now he has finished up till Grade 4.
And whilst he has a shool, it is not easy. He is being supported free of charge, because he lives in Tharparkar. His parents do not have any skill, and they are illiterate and dependent on agriculture to survive.
Vikash, without this education, will wind up selling boiled eggs. And without any opportunity for stopping generational poverty.
Which is where your contributions come in.
Help us support him. Help us support others like him so that we can end generational poverty for at least one family.
Because it takes only one member of a family to have opportunities, to bring a change for eveyrone else in the family.
