Narayan Seva Sansthan provides free corrective surgeries to children and adults with physical disabilities from economically disadvantaged families across India. We aim to provide 10,000 corrective surgeries helping people improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life. Each surgery costs approximately $65, and every donation brings a person one step closer to walking, learning, working, and living with greater dignity.
For thousands of children and adults with physical disabilities in India, unaffordable medical treatment can make walking, studying, working, and living independently difficult. For over four decades, Narayan Seva Sansthan has provided free corrective surgeries and rehabilitation to people from economically disadvantaged families. Now, we are on a mission to provide 10,000 free corrective surgeries by December 31, 2026, helping people regain mobility, confidence, and dignity.
Physical disabilities can limit education, employment, mobility, and everyday life, while the cost of surgery can be out of reach for families facing financial hardship. Through this project, Narayan Seva Sansthan will provide eligible beneficiaries with free corrective surgeries, medical care, and recovery support. A surgery is more than a medical procedure-it can restore mobility, rebuild confidence, and open the door to a new chapter of greater independence and dignity.
For a child, the inability to walk can mean missing school, friendships, and dreams. For an adult, it can mean losing the ability to work, earn, and support a family. When surgery is beyond a family's means, disability can become a lifelong struggle. Through this project, Narayan Seva Sansthan will provide free corrective surgeries, medical care, and recovery support-giving people more than treatment: a chance to walk toward a life of hope, independence, and dignity.
