Your support will bring the cutting edge learning programme to three remote schools in Morocco's High Atlas Mountains, reaching 200 children aged 4-12. With your help, we will provide tablets and tools that build essential cognitive and math skills, giving children in underserved communities the chance to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.
Children in the High Atlas Mountains face major barriers to education, including under-resourced schools, language gaps, and high dropout rates. Many never complete primary school, with 74% of children in the area not reaching high school, and neurodiverse children often left behind. This has led to disproportionately high illiteracy rates and limited future opportunities. After the 2023 earthquake, access to education became even more fragile, leaving many children at risk of lifelong poverty.
Your donation will provide tablets and 200 children access to MAGRID, a research-backed, proven, language-free learning tool that helps all children succeed. By using the programme three times a week it strengthens cognitive skills and math skills while supporting neurodiverse learners. This simple inclusive intervention can transform how children learn, regardless of language or background, providing them with vital skills they may otherwise struggle to develop.
With your support, children will gain the skills and confidence to stay in school and pursue better opportunities. This project can help break the cycle of poverty and create lasting change for not only the children, but their families and communities as a whole. This will be the first use of MAGRID in Morocco. With successful implementation we will be able to expand this to thousands more under-served rural children in Morocco.
