We have officially started the MAGRID project! Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to purchase 40 tablets and introduce the programme across all three participating primary schools during the final month of the school year.
Teachers and children at all three schools were very excited to begin using MAGRID. We will shortly be meeting with the teachers to hear how the first month has gone, gather their feedback, and understand how the children have responded to the programme.
With the new school year approaching, we are looking forward to seeing the children fully immerse themselves in MAGRID and continue developing their skills throughout the year. However, we are still in need of funding to license every child to use the programme for the full three years.
Each child’s licence costs €25 per year, meaning €75 per child for the full three-year programme. We hope to raise this funding in the coming months so that every child has the opportunity to complete the MAGRID programme and develop the skills they need to flourish and build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities.
