Thank you for standing with American Aid (A A Relief) as we continue building this life-saving “Winter Relief for 200 Homeless Families in the US” project. Since our last report (December 2025), we have reached 3 donors and increased the total funds raised to $151. While this is still early-stage funding, your support is meaningful—because winter hardship does not wait, and families experiencing homelessness need consistent community action to survive.

Progress Update

This quarter, our focus remained on readiness and rapid-response planning so that every donation can translate into immediate warmth and protection when severe cold periods hit. Our team worked to:

• Refine our winter relief distribution plan for coats, hats, gloves, blankets, and warm layers.
• Strengthen local outreach and referral pathways to better identify families and individuals with urgent winter exposure risk.
• Prepare documentation systems (receipts, photos, distribution logs) to ensure transparent reporting as distributions scale.

Because funding remains limited, we are still in the launch stage and have not yet reported large-scale distributions under this GlobalGiving project during this quarter. As donations grow, we will begin documenting distributions with photos, receipts, and field updates tied directly to this campaign.

Community Need

For people without stable housing, winter is not simply uncomfortable—it can be deadly. Freezing temperatures increase the risk of hypothermia, frostbite, respiratory illness, and complications for children, seniors, and those with chronic health conditions.

In our local community, we see the same reality repeatedly: a warm coat, a blanket, and a hot meal can be the difference between making it through the night or not. Beyond survival, winter relief restores dignity. When someone receives warm clothing and nourishment, it communicates a simple truth: you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

Program Model

This project is designed to deliver practical, immediate winter support through:

• Warm clothing and winter gear (coats, hats, gloves, blankets, socks, warm layers)
• Hot meals and nourishment for individuals and families facing food insecurity
• Support toward safe shelter options, using local referral pathways when available

We prioritize in-kind relief and direct essentials—so donors can see clear, tangible impact.

Challenges & Strategic Response

The main challenge remains the funding gap. With a large need and limited early donations, we must balance urgency with responsible planning.

Our response this quarter has been to:

• Increase outreach to new donors and community partners
• Improve campaign visibility and clarity so supporters understand exactly what their gift provides
• Continue building a ready-to-deploy distribution plan so we can scale quickly as funding increases

Next Quarter Plan

In the next quarter, we will focus on accelerating fundraising and moving toward measurable distributions as funds allow. Priorities include:

1. Expanding donor outreach and campaign visibility to increase the number of supporters.
2. Launching/expanding winter distributions as donations grow, beginning with the most urgent needs.
3. Publishing transparent documentation (photos, receipts, and updates) to show how every dollar is used.
4. Encouraging recurring giving to sustain support throughout the coldest months.

We are writing to share our first quarterly update on our “Winter Relief for 200 Homeless Families in US” campaign. Since launching this project, we have raised $75 from two generous donors. While we are still in the early stages of fundraising, our commitment remains urgent and unwavering: to help families and individuals facing homelessness survive the harsh winter months with warm clothing, hot meals, and access to safe shelter support.

Progress This Quarter:

This quarter, our primary focus has been on laying the foundation to deliver winter relief as soon as funding becomes available. Our team has been preparing to:
