Through Teens in Action, Early Education Pre-Apprenticeship, and Counselors in Training programs, teens build confidence, gain hands-on experience, strengthen life and job skills, and prepare for college, careers, and successful futures.

These programs provide mentorship, workforce training, service learning, and real-world opportunities that help young people learn, lead, and thrive.
