The Cape of Good Hope SPCA in Cape Town have been seeking justice in our courts for the past 18 months. SPCA Inspector Siviwe Noko needs your support to continue fighting this case on behalf of Benji- an innocent dog brutally stabbed to death in Kayelitsha, Cape Town , South Africa 2018. We will not give up until justice is served and we can give a voice to the voiceless victims of animal abuse - like dear Benji. Help us continue to fight against Animal Cruelty on #GivingTuesday
Benji was brutally stabbed to death and the SPCA are seeking justice for his killing in our courts. CoGH SPCA Inspector Siviwe Noko is the man who has dedicated the past 18 months of his life seeking #Justice4Benji. He has spent hundreds of hours investigating this traumatic case of animal cruelty, that saw him digging up the remains of Benji, a much loved pet who had been brutally and publicly stabbed to death.
If a successful and just sentencing is handed down against both assailants for Benji's killing, the CoGH SPCA will set a precedent in our country for how animal abusers are charged going forward. Inspector Noko worked very closely with South African Police Services to finally see both of the men involved in this case arrested and charged. On December 5th 2019 he will see them in court once more and is praying justice will be served for Benji.
Harsher and just sentences will be handed down against future animal abusers.
