UPDATE ON Help rehabilitate three in a family

(Project #55429 from Balajothi Centre for the Disabled)

Funding goal $3000 / Funds raised to date $ 1601.20

Project Report due on Mar 18, 2025 / Report sent on Feb 18,2025

Dear DONOR, Balajothi thanks YOU for your generous contribution of $ 1601.20 to date, as against the funding goal of $ 3000, towards helping these three disabled persons, all from the same family.  Your contribution is helping in providing for their sustenance and health aids such as diapers, sanitary pads, catheter etc. These persons are in excellent health, thanks to your support.  You are making a big difference in their lives and we thank you for this.

Future Plans:

Our next step includes expanding to reach more children in Kolar under this same project by securing additional funding and partnerships, implementing bi-monthly health check-ups for participating children to monitor growth and nutritional status and launching campaigns to raise awareness about child malnutrition and the importance of nutrition for growth and development.

Your Impact:

This program has had a profound effect contributing to a notable decrease in malnutrition indicators among the children, enhancing their overall physical well-being, and implementing regular health assessments ensures that improvements in nutrition are maintained and that any emerging issues are addressed promptly.

Looking Ahead:

We are in the process of expanding the program to serve at least 50 more children in this year, to ensure more families receive vital nutritional support and develop a comprehensive health tracking system to monitor ongoing progress and identify any emerging issues early. We appreciate your continued support as we work towards these goals and enhance the impact of our programs. Thank you once again for your incredible generosity. Together, we are making a lasting impact!

And also we are excited to inform you that we have purchased a 2400 Sq Ft. land to expand our vision to set up a children home for our under privileged disabled children , where they will receive training and rehabilitation and can live in safety and dignity for the rest of their life. You can also see our past reports on GlobalGiving. I hope you enjoy learning about our work and continue to stay engaged with our team.

Once again “Thank you, GlobalGiving !”and Balajothi expresses a heartfelt gratitude for their unwavering support, motivation and guidance for our noble cause. We are excited to announce that we are now on Facebook and Instagram. We would appreciate your support by following us
