Dear Supporter,
As the war in Ukraine continues, the hope for peace remains. Yet for many children, war is the only reality they have ever known.
Schools are operating in basements to avoid shelling. Families are living without homes or basic necessities. Children and teenagers are carrying deep psychological trauma and facing an uncertain future.
Your donation is more than money — it is hope. It is food on the table when a father is fighting on the front line and a mother can only find limited work. It is psychological support for children who need someone to talk to. It is summer camps that bring back joy and help children believe again.
Your support also provides clothes, medicines, and specialised food for children with complex needs. It helps children with disabilities receive treatment they cannot access right now. It also makes safe transport possible when families cannot reach a rehabilitation centre or village on their own.
Our partner Little Lighthouse recently distributed specialised food to vulnerable families. Many asked for more support, as the war has made access increasingly difficult.
Our partner Children’s Hearts is preparing summer camps to bring joy and hope to children.
At the refugee camp, Iryna continues her art workshops, bringing comfort and smiles to children thanks to your support.
Thank you for standing with these children.
With gratitude,
ChildAid to Eastern Europe
