In response to the widespread flooding caused by the recent Habagat, ABS-CBN Foundation’s Sagip Kapamilya extended immediate assistance to 700 families in Barangay Santa Catalina, Lubao, Pampanga through the distribution of essential relief packs. Upon arrival, many families were still experiencing knee-deep floodwaters, highlighting the continuing challenges brought by the prolonged rains and flooding.
Through this relief operation, Sagip Kapamilya provided much-needed support to families affected by the disaster, helping address their immediate needs as they navigate the difficult days ahead. The response reflects the Foundation’s commitment to being present for communities in times of crisis and to ensuring that no Filipino is left behind.
