Another eartquake struck the region of Oaxaca, Mexico on Saturday, September 23, unlike the national and state capital cities, the region does not have a seismic alert system. For many in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Saturday´s shaking was the strongest of thousands of aftershocks that have been rocking the region for weeks now. Just yesterday, October 4, there were 4 strucks that hit the region.
