PROGRESS REPORT ON HELP MBOSHA WOMEN BUILD A PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE

By Wirkom Fred | Project leader.

Greetings to everyone

This project has and is  really doing wonderful in the presence of the war. This happened to be located in the hinterland and was meant to be helping  the rural population. Yes  Comeroon is really facing a lot of challenges because of the Boko Harram in the far North, HIV aids pandemic, Covid 19 and the war which has caused a lot economic crises and has shaken the entire economy. The Anglophone crises has been considered as war because too much killings, loating by the military and burning of homes and properties, chasing of separaties fighters, etc

This health center has done a lot in the aspect of providing health services to the rural population. The population in this area has become more than double because many people have ran away from the war zones to the bushes and Mbohsha happened to be one of those safe areas which is a little difficult for the military to reach there.

At the time of writing the health center has continued to offer improved primary health care, Covid 19 preventive education, etc.

We were not able to do any construction work because all roads from town to Mbohsha has  been blocked and heavy materials like Sand and Cement cannot reach there for now. Food stuff is carried on head in little quantities.

As such we have increased the drug supply and basic medical equipment to improve the services being offered.

We very much thank our donors and to let them know that we all worked on this project as if we. Knew there was going to be war and this could help those who will run to the bushes.

At this point, any humanitarian assistance through your continues support to this project while praying for peace to return shall be highly appreciated.

May God bless you.
