The priority for Children's Hospice Foundation in Wroclaw is to implement palliative care for terminally and chronically ill children and to give a chance for the living in the better standard with the disease thank's to the rehabilitation payed by the donations for the project Rehabilitation for Kids from Wroclaw Hospice at Global Giving.
Thanks to the donations from Glbal Giving recived from May 2015 till this time we could pay for 78 hours of rehabilitation of 13 of 280 children whom we take care of. We do really need to have more and more money which we spend for this kind of therapy to have the possibilities to put all of our children into this project.
One of our child whose name is Jowita has a non defined genetic disease, decreased muscle tone, can't talk and control her body. Her rehabilitation is done 5 times a week with a Bobath method, a Castillo Morales method and sensory integration. She is very involved with the exercises and as the therapist says step by step she makes progress. The little smile on her face is the real evidence that the rehabilitation helps her a lot.
Please pass the donations for our project and we could do the rehabilitation of more of our children in the Lower Silesia district.
Thank you for your help,
Beata Hernik - Janiszewska
