  • Tribute to Dr. Harekrushna Panda
    Dr. Harekrushna Panda, M.D. (Medicine Specialist), was a longstanding associate of SANTI and the dedicated family doctor for the children of the SANTI CCC. Sadly, he passed away at the age of 82 due to a heart attack on July 25, 2024. In his honor, SANTI organized a prayer service to seek peace for his soul and to acknowledge his life of dedication and service.

  • Independence Day Celebrations
    Independence Day was joyfully observed with various competitions held for the children on the premises. The winners were as follows:

    • Sukra: 1st place in the 100m run and Folk Race
    • Basudev: 2nd place in the Folk Race
    • Nirali: 1st place in the Folk Race
    • Kartik: 3rd place in the 100m run
    • Rahul: 3rd place in the Folk Race
    • Arman: 1st place in the Folk Race
  • Raksha Bandhan Celebration
    The historic Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated on August 19, 2024, fostering joyful moments among siblings.

  • Janmashtami Festival
    The birth of Lord Krishna (Janmashtami), a significant Hindu festival, was celebrated on August 26, 2024, with great enthusiasm by the children of CCC.

  • Gandhi Jayanti & Shastri Jayanti
    On October 2, 2024, SANTI CCC children observed Gandhi Jayanti and Shastri Jayanti. Additionally, a special program, “Swachhata Hi Seva 2024”, was conducted with the participation of the children. The event was graced by the President of NHRO and WEO, Rajgangpur, Smt. Pooja Sahoo, who led an awareness campaign on hygiene and sanitation. The children were inspired to adopt good practices for cleanliness at school and home.

  • Children’s Day Observance
    Children's Day was observed on November 14, 2024, at the center in collaboration with the National Human Rights Organization. The President of NHRO, Mr. Md. Noushad, and his friends participated, making the event memorable for the children.'

  • The third batch of tailoring training is ongoing and will continue until February 2025.
