"Empowerment is not a gift; it's a triumph of spirit and skill."
It brings me great pleasure to share the recent achievements of the SANTI Women's Self-Help Group(WSHG). This August, they completed an impressive task, crafting 874 pairs of uniforms for the employees of Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd. This accomplishment is not just a reflection of their skill and commitment but also serves as a shining example of empowerment and community advancement.
Our ongoing second batch of tailoring training is progressing splendidly. These sessions go beyond skill enhancement; they are pillars of self-reliance and confidence for these women. Set to conclude in January 2024, this batch is well on its way to nurturing more skilled artisans in our community.
The strides we're making at SANTI demonstrate the incredible outcomes when we unite to support and elevate each other. The triumphs of our Self-Help Group are inspirational not only to the women involved but to our entire community. They prove that with proper opportunities and guidance, the possibilities are boundless.
I extend my deepest thanks to all our benefactors and collaborators. Your faith in our mission propels these extraordinary transformations. Every garment crafted by these skilled women tells a story of hope, change, and empowerment. Let's keep championing their efforts and look forward to more such inspiring tales at SANTI.
Thank you,
Ashok Dandpat
