From the 10th to the 14th of November of this year, some of the people working from Spain on the Honduras project, led by Father Angel, flew to Honduras. Some of our goals were to generate alliances with local entities to promote the sustainability of our current projects (especially the socio-educational community in El Progreso) and to obtain support for the expansion of new ones.
We had meetings with several government agencies, companies, Tegucigalpa´s Pedagogical University, ambassadors, the presidential designate and social entities, accomplishing some of our objectives and making progress on other ones that are close to being signed. We have achieved funds for some works and repairs in our socioeducative center as well as University collaboration in order for their students to complete their professional internships in our center and the assignment of facilities for the next Educational Congress.
There were many other visits and agreements, not only related to education but also with health and circular economy, which we hope will also benefit the whole community.
