This project will replace the body of our school truck. The current body is wobbled, the floor is decayed, and the iron structure is rusty. As such, those parts can be unsafe for our students when sitting on the truck to go to school or other places for school activities. Therefore, having a new body of the school truck and enough funding to maintain it in the future is essential for the students' reliable transportation.
The current body of the school truck has not been replaced in the past eight years. As it is now badly wobbled, decayed, and rusty, which can be unsafe for transportation, replacing it now is crucial because the truck is unused as our students are having a school break. When they return the truck is ready for use. To replace the body of the truck, we need US$3200. This funding will replace the iron structure, shades, seats, floor, and roof of the truck's body.
Installing a new body of the school truck will give our students safe and comfortable transportation. They often need the truck to go to various places for school activities. The new body will have new seats, a new floor, and a new roof, and a new body structure with the new shades protecting the students from excessive wind, dust, or rain. Furthermore, the new body will prevent the seats from bumping and thus let our students rest or nap comfortably as they often do when having long trips.
This project will provide safe and comfortable transportation for our 140 students who depend on the school truck to go to various places necessary for their school activities on time. Most importantly, the school truck will be able to transport our highschool students to their high school, which is over 10 miles away from Yaowawit School. Safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation will enable our students to enjoy the trips and focus on their school activities.
