Fire incidents occurred commonly in Sindh during March & April each Year. The big fire incident took place in Village Faiz Muhammad Chandio near Mehar city of District Dadu in Sindh Province of Pakistan. No rescue was available to help the innocent villagers & resulted 09 children, woman killed & several injured in fire incident along with 50 Houses were reduced to ashes. This kind of huge loss of humanity is unbearable loss, it is dire need to have Fund established to meet such emergency.
Fire incidents are very common in Sindh especially in March & April each year the incidents are at its peak. In rural set up there is no mechanism of immediate rescue like Fire Brigade/tender Machine & other required equipment to avoid incidents. Disasters can not be handled but its alternate is post rehabilitation. NDF will establish NDF Fund to help such incidents as immediate response. NDF fund will cater needs of affected families by providing food, cash grants, temporary huts, building proper houses & livelihood resources.
This fund will bring long term impact to meet the fire incident emergency. This kind of source will be easy to provide necessary required items during post disaster.
