Dear Donors,
Thanks to all of you who participated in the Little by Little Campaign in April. We were able to raise $1,500 in 5 days, with small donations that GlobalGiving was willing to match.
During the 1st trimester of 2023, we have been able to make some urgent repairs in our schools.
The fence at Don Felipe Rinaldi school was collapsing from erosion, and we were able to rebuild it.
The electric transformer was not properly handling the power needed for the school, and local energy entities do not assume responsibility, so we had to make the investment on a new transformer.
In addition, we were able to send computers to the three schools, and most of them are for administrative purposes. We are now focusing on increasing the number of computers in the IT classes for high school students. We count on your support to send more computers to these schools.
Our biggest concern this trimester is NUTRITION.
Our schools are feeding snacks to their students 2 or 3 times a week. Our goal is to feed a nutritious meal every day to these kids who live in impoverished communities.
