Dear Donors,

We hope you had wonderful holidays and we wish you the best for 2023!

We are happy to announce that up to this day, we have raised almost $30,000 thanks to you.

Thank you for keeping us in mind, and helping us educate and feed ADS students in 3 schools.

The school year started mid-October, this time with full itineraries. There are no restrictions on attending all students at once, since COVID-19 has decreased.

Registration has decreased, mostly because families have moved to other places. A total of 2,313 students are registered between the 3 schools.

-Centro Mama Margarita in Petare has currently 914 students.

-Centro La Chinita in Zulia has 958 students.

-Centro Gustavito Garcia Lujan at El Hatillo has 441 students.

The feeding program has been operating regularly in the schools. Nutritious food is prepared for the students and also the students have been learning about the benefits of good nutrition. The first trimester in 2023, we plan to make an additional distribution of bags with nonperishable food to the families in the school community.

We continued to repair and make improvements in the schools, such as fixing basketball courts, restrooms, classrooms, etc. The students are happy with the renovations, and ready for 2023.

Centro La Chinita had its regular celebration for the Virgen de la Chinita in November. They received the image of the Virgin from the Basilica and they had a religious celebration. Later, they sang songs to the Virgin, girls wore costumes related to the area, and had parades.

If you wish to help with the feeding program, and the distribution of food bags, please go to our DONATE button and chose the amount you would like to donate. Each bag is $10.

We appreciate your kindness and generosity and wish you many blessings for 2023.
