Summary

The Leadership Initiative's International Business Alliance Program (IBAP) is designed to let high school students effect real change in the world, while at the same time providing valuable tutoring and experience to prepare them for college. Challenge

Leadership Initiatives business leaders often run into new and unforeseen problems when trying to grow and develop their businesses. Often, they lack the technical knowledge to come up with innovative solutions to these problems.

Solution

The IBAP will match high school students with LI business leaders to give the IBAP participants the chance to solve real-world development issues, while providing innovative solutions to the problems facing the business leaders.

Long-Term Impact

Through matching IBAP participants with business leaders, the IBAP participants will gain critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as experience that will help set them apart for college admissions.
