2016 Started with many exciting plans as the kids signed in for a new opportunity to start coding their future. We had some classes already and before starting with the basics by using scratch, the first thing was to understand how we talk to computers. We had some funny games and lots of laughter for this.
For the following months we plan to further develop technical skills and for that some “Secret Missions” where assigned for each kid to explore some of the functions of the program in a fun and exciting way. We are also digging in the possibility of including some basic robotics for the program – so be on the lookout for further updates on this.
On a more general note, El Desafío has been working together with the City Council to help implement a mobility plan for the city and our art, music and sports programs have started with a lot of success and many great plans ahead.
