Project Report | Jan 23, 2014
Good bye 2013. Welcome 2014!

By Luz Amuchastegui | Program Director

As we reached the end of 2013, we had our annual event where we shared inspiring stories about the year that was ending, and our plans for the future, where nearly 450 people assisted and the kids from e-learning had a stand where they showed the assistants their blog and talked about their experience on the program. Check out some pictures in this link http://www.flickr.com/photos/eldesafio/sets/72157638551312154/ and the blogs on the following links: www.pibespiolas.tumblr.com www.muchosdesafios.bogspot.com

Now, 2014 had arrived and the kids enjoying the long summer holidays down here, in the meantime, our team is putting a lot of new ideas into paper so that when kids come back we can wow them once again. With that spirit we are making a big renovation for our space that will be kept as a secret for now so that we don’t spoil the surprise. I promise to show you pictures as we put it in place. The other big new project is a new mentoring program that will be available for all the participants and for that we are bringing an expert from the US to Argentina to help us develop the program and train our team to become the best mentors possible.

As I always mention in my reports, you are welcome to visit us anytime to see first- hand how your support is making this project possible, and please if you have any questions, remarks or ideas, contact me on FacebookTwitter or via mail: luz.amuchastegui@eldesafio.org.
