As the year unfolds, and with participants loving tech challenges, they created a game that testes participants speed using buttons out of makey- makey (an electronic invention tool and toy that allows users to connect everyday objects to computer programs). This required to invent the game, design the hardware and also write the code. An afternoon filled with creativity and fun.
We also received the visit of Denise, a local artist who showed her “lightning superheroes” - soft superheroes figures with a touch device that lights up, so with her inspiration, everyone created their own superhero with their special superpower and learnt how to create and connect the wires to work properly.
For the next months we are planning to code an app that helps solve every day issue, so we would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on a daily problem that you’d need help with.
Thanks for your support that makes this great job possible, please follow us and reach us through our social media accounts - Facebook - Twitter & Instagram
