We bought the land. Now we need your help to build the school. Imfundo Kahle has purchased land and secured funding for the foundation of our new school in Iquitos, Peru, in one of the city's most underserved communities. Now we need your help to take the next step. This project will fund the construction of two classrooms and bathrooms, creating a safe and permanent space where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
In Iquitos, in the Peruvian Amazon, many children in underserved communities have limited access to safe and supportive spaces for learning. Until now, Imfundo Kahle has operated from a rented space, limiting our stability and ability to grow. Having our own school will provide a permanent home for our educational programs and allow us to serve the community for years to come.
We have purchased land for our new school and secured funding for the foundation. This project will raise $10,000 to build two classrooms and bathrooms, including materials and labor. These new spaces will provide a safe, permanent learning environment where children can participate in our educational programs.
A permanent school will give Imfundo Kahle the stability to continue serving children in Iquitos for many years to come. Instead of depending on temporary spaces, we will have a home where children can learn, read, create, play, and feel part of a supportive community. Having our own space will also allow us to strengthen our existing educational programs and gradually expand the opportunities we can offer to children and families in the community.
