Think Green Initiative: Towards a Greener Future

Bhumi’s Think Green Initiative continued to promote environmental responsibility during Q3 (October - December, FY 2025 - 26) by engaging college students in meaningful tree plantation activities. Through partnerships with 8 colleges, the initiative encouraged young volunteers to actively contribute to increasing green cover and supporting environmental sustainability.
During this quarter, 3,390 volunteers participated in plantation drives, collectively planting 1,660 trees across campuses and nearby communities. These efforts not only helped strengthen local ecosystems but also fostered a sense of environmental stewardship among students.
The program continues to inspire youth to take responsibility for protecting the environment and building greener, more sustainable communities. Bhumi extends sincere gratitude to all partners and volunteers whose collective efforts continue to advance a greener and more sustainable future.

Plantation Drives: Building a Greener Tomorrow

Bhumi’s Help Plant 10,000 Trees initiative flourished over the last two quarters (April–September, FY 2025-26), as college students across various cities united to make a tangible impact on the environment. Through a series of coordinated plantation drives held in collaboration with 24 colleges, young changemakers demonstrated their commitment to sustainability and ecological balance.
A remarkable 1,283 volunteers participated enthusiastically, planting 2,455 trees within their campuses and nearby communities. These efforts not only enhanced green cover but also inspired environmental stewardship among youth, aligning with Bhumi’s vision of creating greener, cleaner, and more climate-resilient cities.
Bhumi extends heartfelt gratitude to all partners and volunteers whose collective action continues to drive meaningful environmental change.

Greening Communities: Bhumi's Plantation Drives

Bhumi’s Help Plant 10,000 Trees initiative gained momentum last quarter, FY 2025-26 (Feb–Apr), through impactful community-led efforts. The Earkai Paathukaappu Club Sangam organized a Palm Seeds Plantation and a special Plantation Drive with Kids, instilling eco-consciousness among young minds.
Across Kanyakumari and Kolkata, 43 passionate volunteers came together to plant 255 trees, contributing to healthier ecosystems and climate resilience.
These drives reflect Bhumi’s commitment to sustainability and align with its vision of creating greener, cleaner cities. Every tree planted brings us closer to combating deforestation and restoring biodiversity. A heartfelt thank you to all volunteers and partners for making this possible!
