Family and Friends left 'heart-broken' after Otia Victory dies of Conginental Heart Diease
CISEGD and Victory's family is deeply saddened to pass on the news that Otia Victory died on the 28th of march at 4:00 P.M as she battled with conginetal heart Diseas. It was unexpected as preparations were underway to have her flown abroad for an open heart surgery. she has been unwell for 5months, and the effects of conginetal heart disess have taken its toll. We were pleased to know though that her last few weeks were free of pain but for the few hours leading to her dead.
When you gave to Otia Victory, it was a heart to heart donation. You did all to enable that she can survive and live a normal and healthy life but unfurtunately she passed away on the 28th of Febuary 2019.
Otia Victory of 8 months old had a heart defect that leaves her weak and restless. Her mother and father suffer watching her difficulties and knowing that surgery would allow her to enjoy life, grow up strong and lively, but that they can't afford it because the surgery they need is very expensive. You all step in to support this family and enable that victory can live again but she was able to make it. her last days and hours were very painfull as we write this report thinking how she cried reslessly and looks tied and finally gave up that faithful day of the 28th Fabury at about 4:00 P.M. She wass then later buried and funerial organized in her honour.
It should be recalled that Otia Victory leaves behind a loving mother and father to mourn her as well as other kids in her same condition who are strugling to survie . It is a great lost to her community and Cameroon. Because of the anglophone war in Cameroon ,international expert are unble to regularly visit and carry out open heart sugery for this children who are desperately in need to survive. We are hopping to mobilize other support that will eventually help other needy children in the same condition as Victory.
We are hopefull that you will continue to extend your love to this needy children in Cameroon. We believe a heart that is healed will be motivated to join the strengthened human community on its positive course- and so the chain will flow from one person to another and from generation to generation.
We are greatful for all the donations you made to enable that she can survive but unforturnately she passed away. We are hopping that these donations can be use to help other children in her same condition.
Thanks you so much and may God blesse her soul.
