Usambara and Eco Tourism Forum is implementing a project of Helping 600 Girls Against Genital Mutilation.We are appreciating the efforts shown by GlobalGiving Community, partners, stakeholders and donors who supports this project as it has helped reaching out and providing education to 5 schools and 3 villages on negative impacts of Genital Mutilation to Girls.
We are receiving valuable support from all stakeholders and helping out about 70 Girls to abstain from this bad custom practice, which endangers the total future of girls, we have reached about 500 local community members in areas which has high rate of Female Genital Mutilation, and education and training provided including ensuring safety of the girls who are prone to this bad cultural practices and educate against FGM, we thanks local community for their incridible understanding and working to ensure we end FGM.
Thanks to GlobalGiving Community, partners, donors, stakeholders and all community members who have shown support to this project for protection of our Future generations.
