UniCoN's Community Learning Center in Ramkot, Syangja provides 60 children with a safe space for regular learning, mentorship, digital/STEM activities, and educational support. We are seeking funds to support those children and provide essential school material and facilitator support. 60 children in rural Nepal have limited access to learning opportunities beyond their regular school education. Many do not have adequate learning materials, digital resources, STEM exposure, mentorship, or a supportive space where they can explore their interests and develop new skills. Our Community Learning Center in Ramkot, Syangja was created to address this gap. However, keeping this opportunity available requires continued support for learning materials.
UniCoN's Community Learning Center will provide 60 children with regular after-school learning, mentorship, educational materials, and hands-on digital/STEM activities. By creating a safe and supportive space beyond formal schooling, children can strengthen their learning, confidence, creativity, and practical skills. Funding will help sustain facilitator support, learning resources, and engaging activities, ensuring children continue to access opportunities that are otherwise limited.
The project will help 60 children build stronger learning foundations, confidence, creativity, digital literacy, and practical skills that can support their education and future opportunities. Over time, the CLC aims to become a sustainable, community-supported learning space where children can continue exploring STEM, technology, and new ideas beyond formal schooling. By engaging parents, schools, and the wider community, the project can strengthen local ownership and create a model.
